I have been using their signals for a month and i am happy with their signals. They have both positive and negative things.

Positive:

1) 95% of their signals work
2) Excellent Customer support
3) Site is fast


Negative:

1) They don't have sms alert option
2) They don't have live trading room




Overall i feel their service is good. I can give 5 star for their customer service. I get quick reply for all my questions. Even for some idiotic questions i have got quick response.

Let me try for one more month and update the feedback.

I joined the premium channel but am denied access

I am the senior support manager of forexfundas.com

While searching in google i came across this link and shocked to see the customer saying denied access.

First i would like to make it very clear that, he(b c matson) hasn't completed the signup form completely.

After completion of payment, he didn't sign up the registration form.

We sent him a mail asking him to register. But no response. Then finally matching with the paypal id, we ourself set him a username and password and sent to him.

This guy without contacting the support team, he is messaging wrong about us in all the forums. We will never miss out a mail. We will reply all the mails.

Even in the shoutbox of our site, he said he didn't get access. Our admin has replied saying, send the paypal transaction id to support@forexfundas.com and he never did that. We haven't received any mail from him.

Then somehow we ourself has setup login details and mailed him.

We will never leave any customer with access denied.

Kind request to anyone who posts in the forums. Before posting anything wrong about any company, make sure you contact the support team.

They seem to no longer do signals, and only do managed forex. They promise minimum return of 40% month! Up to 300% per month! Sounds fishy to me.
